How to Track Your Order

To view your order details, please enter the required information below:

  • Order ID (found in your confirmation email or SMS)
  • Email Address or Phone Number used during purchase

Then click “Track Order” to see the latest update.

Order Status Updates

Once you track your order, you may see one of the following statuses:

Pending: Your order has been received but has not yet been processed
Processing:  Your order is being prepared
Shipped: Your order is on the way
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled
